Seen in Brittany where we had good time sketching on mupeds two weeks ago, during a fest Noz .
I've reported this on a drawing because I think the world must know: Lapin moves like Michael Jackson after three beers and with Brittanian traditional music ;)

Useful for a sketcher having beers.

The other day I found myself on vacation in mountain with several friends who were themselves came with other friends, etc ... 
The principle was to ski until exhaustion the day and meet in the evening in a bar. 
Difficult to know who is who after a few beers, but here it is: I found the answer with this clever drawn reminder...

A few portraits, and something that happened under a shower.

Here are a few ones made with a ballpoint pen on flying sheets of paper  at the end of the sketchcrawl, at the best moment (to my mind): the beer time.

Ricardô is another alcoholic sketcher from Clermont, as you can see on this portrait ( with a lot of mercy, for once), and while I was drawing him, he was telling us a terrific story that happened to his girlfriend under the shower a few days ago.

I didn't write the end of the story ( and wrote the story in French) for more suspense, but feel free to email him to know what happened.

I like to draw people.
I think it's an unique opportunity to share moments of intimacy that belong only protagonists of these secrets times.

Portraits of the "Rendez-vous"

We had great moments in Clermont-Ferrand (France) during the "Rendez vous du Carnet de Voyage" (the international sketchbook fair), and it was the opportunity to sketch some fellow USK and to have beers.

Here are a few ones from this summer, and the process for each one was different.

Ursula is very talkative with a great big mouth full of teeth: this is where I started (and I forgot her glasses).

For Fabien I drew first his gentle eyes. (He would like to look like a bad guy, but he has definitely  a friendly face)

For Cat Gout, I started with the glasses sliding down on her nose (she looked a little surprised at that time). 

And Pete had this very concentrated attitude while he was drawing a portrait of Gerard Michel in Barcelona, ​​I did not have to move from my chair to draw him, and I think he did not even notice me.
